Try and check out the m-logic
1. click the m-logic tab
2. read the content of the m-logic
3. open the M-logic and AOP items in use window
There is an m-logic line active
"GB Close inhibit"
This line is preventing the GB to close.
Deactivate line 40 and write the change into the controller
